Hardpost is operated by Scalible LLC. This page explains how to cancel a paid plan, what happens when you do, and when we give refunds.

Our refund policy

Cancel anytime in two clicks. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires it.

How to cancel

On the web, open Settings, go to Plan and billing, and choose Cancel plan. In the phone app, you will find the same option in Settings. There is no call to make and no form to fill in.

What happens after you cancel

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. You will not be charged again. At the end of that period, your account moves to the Free plan. Your account and videos stay, subject to our normal retention times in the Privacy Policy.

The free trial

Every new account gets 7 days of Pro for free, and no card is needed. When the trial ends, your account moves to Free on its own. There is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged.

Yearly renewals

If you are on a yearly plan, we email you 15 days before it renews, so you have time to cancel first if you no longer need it.

Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we honor it. For example, some consumers in the EU and UK can cancel within 14 days of a purchase and get a refund if they have not used the service. Any other statutory rights you have also apply, and nothing on this page takes them away.

Billing mistakes

If we got your billing wrong, for example you were charged twice or charged after you cancelled, we always fix it and refund the mistaken charge.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@hardpost.com with the email address on your account and a short note about the charge. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually sort things out quickly, and chargebacks on valid charges may lead to account suspension under our Terms of Service.
