Hardpost is operated by Scalible LLC. These terms cover the Hardpost affiliate program, where you earn commission for referring paying customers, and the separate invite a friend rewards for regular users. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, which also apply to you.

Joining the program

You must be 18 or older to join the affiliate program. You need a Hardpost account in good standing, and you must give us accurate details so we can pay you. By joining, you agree to these terms. They take effect on October 7, 2026.

Commission

You earn 30% of each paid invoice from a customer you refer, for that customer's first 12 months as a paying customer.

Once you have 25 active paying referrals, your rate goes up to 40%. The higher rate applies to invoices paid after you reach 25, for as long as you stay at 25 or more active paying referrals. If you drop below 25, new invoices go back to 30%.

Commission is based on what the customer actually pays, after discounts and refunds, and not counting taxes. Free trials and Free plan accounts do not earn commission until the person pays.

What counts as an active paying referral

An active paying referral is a customer you referred who is on a paid plan and whose subscription is currently paid. Customers who cancel, move to Free, or stop paying after a failed payment no longer count toward the 25.

An example

Say you refer a customer who pays $20 a month. You earn $6 on each of their first 12 monthly invoices, or $8 an invoice while you are at the 40% rate. After their first 12 months as a paying customer, their invoices no longer earn commission. If they pay yearly, you earn commission on the yearly invoice paid within their first 12 months.

How referrals are tracked

When someone clicks your affiliate link, we set a cookie that lasts 60 days. If they sign up within those 60 days, they count as your referral.

If someone clicks links from more than one affiliate, the last click before signup wins. Attribution locks at signup: once a referred person signs up, a later click on another affiliate's link does not move them.

Approval hold and clawbacks

Each commission is held for 30 days before it is approved. This gives time for refunds and disputes to come in.

If an invoice is refunded or charged back, its commission is reversed. This applies even if the commission was already paid out. In that case, we deduct the amount from your future payouts.

Payouts

Disclosing that you are an affiliate

The FTC requires you to be open about earning money from your recommendations, and so do we. Every post that promotes Hardpost must include a clear disclosure, using plain words like "ad" or "affiliate link" near the link. A disclosure hidden only in hashtags, or buried where people will not see it, is not enough.

You must also follow the rules of each platform you post on.

What is not allowed

To keep the program fair and keep the Hardpost name trusted, you may not:

If you break these rules, you forfeit unpaid commissions, and we may close your affiliate account.

Using the Hardpost name

While you are an affiliate, you may use the Hardpost name to promote Hardpost honestly. Please do not change our logo, combine our name with your own brand in a way that suggests a partnership, or use Hardpost in a domain name, app name or social handle. Describe Hardpost accurately, and point people to our pricing page for current prices rather than quoting prices that may change.

Your link is yours alone. Do not share it in places where you cannot follow these rules, and do not pay people to sign up through it.

Invite a friend

Invite a friend is for regular Hardpost users and is separate from the affiliate program.

The same rules against self referral and spam apply to invite a friend.

Independent contractors and taxes

As an affiliate, you are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner or agent of Scalible LLC. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. We may ask you for a W9 or W8 form before we pay you.

Changes to the program

We may change these terms with 30 days notice. Commissions you have already earned stay earned under the old terms.

Ending the program or your account

Scalible LLC can end the affiliate program, or an individual affiliate account. You can leave at any time. When the program or your account ends, we still pay out your approved commissions, unless they are forfeited because you broke these terms.
