Hardpost is operated by Scalible LLC. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Hardpost, on the web or in the phone app. We wrote them to be read, not skimmed past, so they are as short and plain as we could make them while still being complete. Please read them before you create an account.
Who we are and this agreement
The contracting party is Scalible LLC. When these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Scalible LLC. When they say "you", they mean the person using Hardpost, or the business that person signs up for.
By creating an account or using Hardpost, you agree to these terms. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use Hardpost.
A few other pages are part of how we work and sit alongside these terms:
- Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
- Our Refund Policy explains cancelling and refunds in more detail.
- Our Cookie Policy explains the few cookies we use.
- Our Affiliate Terms apply if you join our affiliate program or use invite a friend rewards.
These terms take effect on October 7, 2026.
Who can use Hardpost
You must be 13 or older to use Hardpost. Children under 13 are not allowed to create an account. If we learn that a child under 13 has made an account, we will delete it.
If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms with you. Joining the affiliate program requires you to be 18 or older.
You also confirm that you are not barred from using services like ours under the laws that apply to you.
Your account
You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google sign in. If you sign up with a password, we send a link to confirm your email address. We store passwords only in hashed form, never in plain text. When you sign in, we keep you signed in with a secure cookie for up to 30 days.
You are responsible for your account. That means:
- Give us accurate information and keep your email address up to date, since that is where we send billing and account notices.
- Keep your password private and do not share your account with other people.
- Tell us right away at support@hardpost.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, unless it happened because of something we did wrong.
What Hardpost does
Hardpost is a video editor for talking videos. You upload a video, and Hardpost cuts dead air, filler words and failed takes, adds captions, cleans up the audio, and exports a finished file. Some features use outside AI services to write and analyze text, such as suggesting hooks or spotting failed takes. Our Privacy Policy lists those services.
Each video can be up to 60 minutes long and up to 10 GB in size. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove something important from a paid plan, we will tell you ahead of time.
Your videos and content
You own your videos and everything you create with Hardpost. We do not claim ownership of any of it.
To run the service for you, you give us a limited license to host, copy, process and display your content. We use this license only to provide Hardpost to you: to store your uploads, transcribe them, make edits, captions and previews, create your exports, and show them back to you. The license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, apart from copies in backups, which age out as our Privacy Policy describes. How we learn from edits to improve Hardpost, and how to turn that off, is explained in How we use edits to improve Hardpost.
You confirm that you have all the rights you need for what you upload. That includes permission from anyone who appears or speaks in your videos, and rights to any music, footage, logos or other material in them.
We keep uploads and exports for a limited time. Raw uploads and working files are deleted 24 hours after the last activity on a video you exported, or 3 days after the last activity on a video you never exported, and exports are deleted 3 days after the last activity. Please download anything you want to keep.
TikTok Shop and platform rules
Many of our users post on TikTok Shop and other platforms. You are responsible for following the rules of every platform where you post, and every law that applies to your content, such as advertising and disclosure rules.
Hardpost includes tools like Shop checks and hook scores. They are guidance to help you make better videos. They are not legal advice, and they are not a promise that a platform will approve your video or that it will get views or sales. Platforms change their rules often, and only they decide what they allow.
Acceptable use
Please use Hardpost fairly and legally. You agree not to:
- Upload or create illegal content, or content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- Upload any sexual content involving minors. We report this to the authorities.
- Upload malware or anything designed to harm our systems or other people.
- Scrape, copy, decompile or reverse engineer the service, or try to access parts of it you are not meant to.
- Sell, rent or transfer accounts to other people.
- Get around plan limits, usage counts or bot checks, for example by using several accounts to avoid paying.
- Take more than one free trial. Each person gets one.
- Use Hardpost to harass, threaten or deceive people.
If you see content on Hardpost that you think breaks these rules or your rights, email us at support@hardpost.com.
Plans, trials and billing
Plans
Hardpost has a Free plan that includes 10 videos a month, and paid plans called Creator, Pro and Studio. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, our payment provider. Current prices and limits are on our pricing page.
How videos are counted
A video counts toward your monthly limit once, when its export finishes. Exporting the same video again is free. Exports that fail never count.
Free trial
Every new account gets 7 days of Pro for free, with no card needed. We send a reminder email 2 days before the trial ends. When the trial ends, your account moves to Free on its own unless you pick a paid plan. You are never charged for the trial.
Renewals
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By choosing a paid plan, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method at the start of each period. For yearly plans, we send a reminder email 15 days before the plan renews.
Price changes
We may change our prices. If a change affects your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price, so you have time to cancel or switch plans first.
Taxes
Prices may not include sales tax, VAT or similar taxes. Where we are required to collect them, they are added at checkout.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over a few days, and your account keeps its access in the meantime. If the payment still fails, your account moves to Free. Your videos stay in your account, subject to the normal retention times.
Cancelling, refunds and disputes
You can cancel anytime in two clicks in Settings, under Plan and billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires it. Billing mistakes, like being charged twice or charged after you cancelled, are always fixed and refunded. Our Refund Policy has the details.
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us at support@hardpost.com first. We will look into it quickly. If you open a chargeback with your bank on a valid charge, we may suspend your account while it is resolved.
Our property
Hardpost, including its software, design, name and logo, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you a personal right to use the service while your account is in good standing. They do not give you any other rights in Hardpost.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Hardpost without owing you anything. We appreciate every note.
The service is provided as is
We work hard to make Hardpost reliable. We aim for frame accurate cuts and run a sync check on every export. Even so, software has bugs and the internet has outages, so we provide Hardpost "as is" and "as available".
To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that Hardpost will be uninterrupted or error free, that it will meet your needs, or that it will produce any particular result. Please review your exports before you post them. Some places do not allow these disclaimers, so they may not all apply to you.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales, lost data or harm to reputation, even if we knew they were possible.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Hardpost or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you have not paid us anything.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
Your responsibility for your content
If someone brings a claim against us because of content you uploaded or posted, or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, including reasonable legal fees. We will tell you about the claim and let you help respond to it.
Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using Hardpost at any time. You can delete your account in Settings, under Security, with Delete account. Deleting your account ends any paid subscription first, then deletes your account and its content as our Privacy Policy describes.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your use puts other people or our service at risk, or if the law requires it. When we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first. If we close your account without a good reason under these terms, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
The sections on your content license for backups, our property, disclaimers, limits on liability, governing law and disputes keep applying after your account ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Scalible LLC is organized, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located there, and both sides agree to that location.
If you are a consumer and the law where you live gives you other rights, such as the right to bring a claim in your local courts or protections that cannot be waived, those rights still apply. Before going to court, please email us. Most problems can be solved with a conversation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Hardpost grows. When we do, we post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we email account holders at least 14 days before it applies. If you keep using Hardpost after the change applies, the new terms apply to you. If you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account before then.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer these terms to someone else without our permission. We may transfer them if Hardpost is sold or reorganized, and we will tell you if that happens.
